"In"
The basis of every demonstration in Christian Science is the infinitude of God and His infinite and perfect self-expression. As we increasingly grasp and prove the infinitude and perfection of God and His creation, this will ultimate in banishing from our consciousness the ghost of finiteness, together with the accompanying delusions of sin and disease, poverty, and all human heartaches.
In "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" Mary Baker Eddy defines "In" (p. 588) as "a term obsolete in Science if used with reference to Spirit, or Deity." Since Spirit is not confined, neither is spiritual man, Spirit's complete, infinite expression, confined in a sinful mind, a physical body, or any woebegone belief whatsoever. An ever fuller understanding of God, Spirit, provides the certain way of escape from the discords and limitations of material sense. Armed with spiritual understanding, we can discover and demonstrate more and more of our identity as fetterless individual ideas of divine Mind.
All that God is He expresses throughout His creation, and there is no suppressed good. Life, God, is All-in-all. There is no absence of Life in cause and effect. Do we always insist upon this truth about Life, God, and see this Life as our Life now?
