Eleven years ago I was told by a physician, after an X ray, that there was a growth in my knee which would necessitate an operation. I also had heart trouble and other complications. Not wanting to go to a hospital, I turned to Christian Science and was healed in a few treatments.

I was so joyously grateful for this healing that I spent all my spare time studying. Two years later I became a member of The Mother Church and of a brach church. These steps were a great help in the experience that was to follow. My husband was taken ill, and for three years our practical needs were met through constant clinging to the truth as we are taught to do in Christian who was not a student of passed away after these three years of illness. It then seemed necessary to give up my home. I gave my furniture to a loved one who needed it very much. All the while I continued to know that Love would provide for us in the future as in the past. Later I married a student of Christian Science who has been a loving husband and father. We are all members of The Mother Church and my husband and I are active members of a branch church.

I also want to express deep gratitude for class instruction and the spiritual growth which has come through it. Words cannot express my gratitude to Mary Baker Eddy for giving us this understandable truth. I can reverently say that all I have I owe to Christian Science.
