It is over twenty years since I began the study of Christian Science. I began this study with the thought, If it is not of God I will have nothing to do with it. I had not read long before I knew that it is the truth that Jesus had taught and demonstrated. I continued to read, and have had many beautiful healings. I had suffered with a severe form of heart trouble for thirty years. My husband had spent a small fortune on doctors and medicine, but I was not cured. As a result of reading "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy I was healed, and there has been no return of the trouble.

It would take too long to tell of all the good things and the many healings that I have experienced since coming into Christian Science. Although one is deeply grateful for the physical healings, gratitude for the spiritual understanding gained from the daily study of Science and Health with the Bible goes beyond mere words. I am grateful for membership in The Mother Church and for the Manual, the periodicals, and the Lesson-Sermons. I am indeed grateful for having been led to Christian Science.
