I have been reading and enjoying the testimonies in The Christian Science Journal and Christian Science Sentinel for many years, so I think it is time for me to send in my testimony, for I feel sure that if Christian Science could heal me it can heal others.

When I took up the study of Christian Science I was self-centered and filled with fear. As I continued to study this beautiful truth, I became less selfish and less fearful. I have had many physical healings, among which were those of colds, hemorrhoids, and adhesions caused by an operation. For many years I could not lie on my left side, but now I can lie on either side. I have also been healed of neuritis and intestinal trouble by applying my understanding of the truth. My healings have not all been instantaneous; but for this I am grateful, since it made me study and seek to know more about God.

I am grateful to Mrs. Eddy for giving us "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," for it helps us to understand the Bible better. I used to read the Bible from a sense of duty, but now it is a pleasure. I also want to thank the practitioners for their work, as I had to call upon them many times for help when I was a young student. Each day I pray that I may make better use of the Golden Rule, by doing unto others as I would have them do unto me, and that I may "be merciful, just, and pure" (Science and Health, p. 497).—(Mrs.) Grace Morgan, Brazil, Indiana.
