In these days when the world is becoming more unified, it is significant that the Christian Science periodicals have a world-wide circulation and that their contents are being gathered from an ever widening field. The subscription list includes, besides the five continents, such places as the Seychelles Islands, Society Islands, and the Cape Verde Islands. Although the contents of the periodicals may not represent such an extensive area, geographical location is one of the determining factors in the make-up of the Journal, the Sentinel, and the editions of the Herald. Content is of primary importance, but, other things being equal, care is always taken to choose from as widely representative localities as possible. Below is the geographical representation of a typical Sentinel:
