I wish to express my gratitude for Christian Science, to which I turned for healing. I had tried many remedies, including an operation for internal trouble, and was not well. Another operation was suggested, and then I decided to try Christian Science, as I believed God could heal me.

I called in a neighbor who was a Christian Scientist. She repeated these words from the Bible: "For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do." I was healed! I arose, made up my bed, and have had no more trouble. At the same time, I also gained an understanding of Christian Science, which has taught me to turn to God, who is our only help.
