Lecturer: Peter V. Ross; introduced by Miss Agness Malone, who said:—

I came into Christian Science for physical healing. Ten years ago I was suffering from what doctors pronounced an abscessed lung. For three months before my healing I was kept under the influence of morphine because of intense suffering. I was healed while reading the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, and without the aid of a practitioner. I did not know that there were practitioners upon whom I could have called for help. With this healing came the desire to learn more of this beautiful religion, the desire to follow this truth that heals mankind. What a privilege is given us to call upon God in the day of trouble! In the ninety-first psalm we read: "He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him. With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation."
