Words cannot express my gratitude for the many benefits I have received from Christian Science. Previous to taking up this study I was in a very low state of health, which the doctor did not seem to understand. He only advised plenty of outdoor exercise, which I was almost too weak to attempt. I then turned to my Sunday school teacher, who was a very devout man, and then to my minister, but to no avail; they could not help me. I finally came to the conclusion that my only hope lay between the covers of my Bible, and decided to make a systematic study of it. I had just settled myself to study one day when my sister called me over the telephone to say that if Christian Science could heal catarrh, which I had had since childhood, she would take it up too. I immediately sought a practitioner, who lovingly gave me a treatment that healed me instantaneously.

Through the operation of divine Principle I was afterwards healed of meningitis in less than one week, with none of the dreaded after effects. Appendicitis in its last stage was overcome in one treatment, and a severe case of tonsillitis in less than four hours. Strained back, sick headaches, and toothache have also been very quickly met.

I am indeed grateful for my three years' course as a nurse at the sanatorium of The Christian Science Benevolent Association.
