Christian Science means everything to me
Christian Science means everything to me. Recently I had a demonstration that I wish to relate. In the latter part of March, 1926, our little boy was knocked down by a playmate and his two front teeth (second teeth) were knocked out, being broken off at the gum. I went to work for him, as we are taught in Christian Science, realizing that God, as the all-knowing, knows man's every need, and that as the all-loving He supplies "every good gift and every perfect gift." I declared that God's law is greater than any so-called material law. The verse in the Bible, "The word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword," was a great help in working out the problem. By the latter part of May the teeth had grown long enough to be noticeable, and in August they were full grown.
I am very grateful for this proof of God's care, and for every blessing that has come to me and to my family. Our two children have never used medicine or any material means of healing. I have been healed of quinsy in two or three days through Christian Science treatment. Before knowing of Science I was under a doctor's care for several weeks with this difficulty. In the last few years I have enjoyed freedom from colds. Each time that I have had some trial to meet, I have found that I afterwards understood a little more of God, divine Love.
(Mrs.) Clare R. Johnson, Kent, Ohio.
