For the good I know I am very grateful, and I owe it to the truth as revealed in Christian Science. The text-book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, was sent to me at a time of great need and I read it with joy, feeling and knowing that it contained the truth. After a short time I removed to a town where I was able to go to a Christian Science church; and the words that were with me most when I left a meeting were, "Behold what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God." Then I began to realize what I had been learning in Christian Science, that, as we read in the Bible, "God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good," that "without him was not any thing made that was made," and that His work is finished; also, that God's love is unchangeable, invariable, without "shadow of turning." This brought a great sense of happiness to me. Then a sense of lack came to our home, but that was beautifully overcome by turning to the truths of Christian Science with full confidence that God knows man's needs and supplies them. I kept on rejoicing even when I seemed to have very little. My needs were met time and time again; and I was able to keep fear out, never doubting. I was also healed at the same time of catarrh, in a very distressing form, from which I had suffered for years.

I am very grateful for the help Christian Science has been to me in the bringing up of two children. I am also grateful for all the activities of the Christian Science movement.—(Mrs.) Margaret Helena Deakin, Broomhill, Sheffield, England.
