Letters from the Field

"My stay at the Christian Science sanatorium has meant more to me than I could ever express in words. The truth and love expressed there in the daily living have given me an inspiration to a purer love and a deeper consecration; and so I may express my gratitude for this beautiful haven. Since my return home I am realizing the greatness of the privilege I have had, and I wish to express once more my appreciation of each and every one having a part in the home. I am grateful for the physical healings which came to me, one of which was the healing of a nervous breakdown. The change of thought, the breaking down of old habits, and the glimpse of the new heaven and new earth which we gain there afford me more gratitude than I can express.

"(Miss)Edna McMichael, Orlando, Florida."

"I want to thank all those who have helped to give me the happy and restful time I have just spent at the Christian Science sanatorium. My four weeks' stay has benefited me in every way, and I cannot find words to express my gratitude for the experience. No one who has not stayed there can fully realize the wonderful love which is shown in so many ways of ministering comfort. I went there feeling thoroughly overtired and nervous, and very much in doubt as to what God's plan for me for the future could be; and in a short time I felt rested and happy and confident. Then the unfoldment of the plan for the future came, and it was more wonderful and beautiful than anything I could possibly have thought of for myself.
