At a time when mental darkness and bondage seemed to enshroud me, it took much patient study of Christian Science to lift me above the mist. Chronic stomacch trouble was healed, not instantaneously, but perfectly. Later, as I turned my gaze from the material sense of creation to the understanding of God and His perfect universe, I was able to realize harmony in place of discord.

I have proved many times that "no power can withstand divine Love," as Mrs. Eddy writes in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" (p. 224). Loss, separation, colds, and so on, have been replaced with the truth of being, harmoniously expressed in Science. I am so grateful for Christian Science in our daily experience,—grateful to God, to Christ Jesus, and to our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, as well as to all who have helped me to gain an understanding of the truth which heals.
