It is with sincere gratitude to God and Christian Science for the many blessings bestowed upon my family and myself that I give this testimony, hoping some other seeker will benefit by it, and be helped to find the wonderful open door of Truth and Love.

A little over two years ago I was taken sick with influenza, which developed into double pneumonia. I finally passed the crisis, but was left very weak. A complication of diseases set in, namely, infarcts and pleurisy, the former being very serious, to the extent that my life was despaired of. My mother-in-law, having been healed in Science of diabetes, suggested that we take up Christian Science, which we did. In a few hours there was a decided change for the better—thanks to God, to Mary Baker Eddy, and to the kind practitioner. This change was very gratifying, especially considering the obstacles which had been overcome, and went to prove that divine Love can fulfill every need. The lungs rapidly became normal, although those who previously attended me issued warnings which might have been considered alarming. I continued to gain in strength. Soon afterwards my baby was born, a strong and healthy boy. He is almost two years old and has never had a sick day, never taken medicine for anything; and his last four teeth are coming through at the present time. I also have a boy six years old who has not been ill during these wonderful two years.

There are many other blessings I could name, and my only regret is that we were not sooner led to the light that never knows darkness. Words cannot express my gratitude for all the wonderful demonstrations of the power of Truth and Love as revealed in Christian Science.
