Among the Churches

London, England (Second Church). — A very beautiful example of modern architecture is seen in the Sunday school building which has just been erected in Palace Gardens Terrace by a body of Christian Scientists who are the members of Second Church of Christ, Scientist, London. It was their intention to put up a new church, but operations were delayed by the war, and eventually it was decided to build the Sunday school first. No matter what the technical reasons may be which lead to the success of the design, this building has distinctly achieved such success, and one cannot help feeling that all who have contributed to its erection have reason for very considerable satisfaction.
