For years I suffered from insomnia, which often lasted weeks at a time. The condition was such that I was able to sleep only a very little at a time. The last attack continued for five months, during which time I was scarcely able to sleep without the aid of strong narcotics. The result was a severe nervous breakdown. Headaches, dizzy spells, anæmia, and great discomfort tormented me. After consulting many physicans, and having applied still more remedies, without any permanent results, by the advice of a friend I turned to a Christian Science practitioner for help. This was given me quickly and lovingly. In a very short time I was again able to sleep quietly; and, as a result of the treatments, all the serious accompanying troubles vanished. But not only was my physical condition improved; inharmonies which tried to make life difficult for me vanished, and I am now a happy woman, knowing for a certainty that I can always find help from disturbances either mental or physical. To be able to express my gratitude openly for all the good which I have experienced through Christian Science affords me pleasure.
