For the many blessings that Christian Science brings to us I am truly grateful. I have relied upon Christian Science to heal and remedy every discordant condition that has arisen; and when we bear in mind God's promises and are obedient to His laws, we are always able to prove that God, divine Love, does meet our every need.

One day during the so-called influenza epidemic I had all the symptoms, and the following morning was unable to get up as usual, although I tried to know the truth throughout a wakeful night. A member of the household telephoned a practitioner, and before evening I dressed and had dinner with the family. The following day I attended church services, and in the afternoon walked a distance of three miles, rejoicing every step of the way for this quick and effective healing under Christian Science treatment.

At another time, when I was passing a building that was being razed, some timbers fell, raising considerable dust, and a particle of lime lodged in my eye. I remained at the office all the afternoon, though using my eyes under difficulty. During the evening the pain became so intense I asked a practitioner to give me an absent treatment. She assured me Truth can and does remove every human obstruction, and that my sleep would be sweet; which was the case. In the morning the irritant had disappeared; and the eye, though somewhat inflamed, caused me no further inconvenience.
