With sincere gratitude I offer this testimony of what Christian Science has done for me. My first proof of healing was the cure of pain in the stomach. To make my demonstration, I endeavored to become conscious of the truth of spiritual existence, and Paul's admonition came to me, to be "willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord." The pain vanished suddenly, and I can truthfully say it was impossible to feel any pain. Toothache, sore eye, and other ailments have also been destroyed through Christian Science.

I thank God for having given us Mrs. Eddy, who has shown us the way of and to Life. I am very grateful for membership in The Mother Church and a branch church, very grateful for class instruction and the help and uplift it affords me still, and for our literature.
