I had suffered from stomach disorder nearly all my life, till it seemed hardly worth while to try to live any longer. When Christian Science was presented to me, after considerable doubt as to the right or wrong of it I decided to ask for help from a practitioner. I shall never forget the sense of peace I experienced after the second treatment. All pain or suffering was gone, and I felt it was indeed worth while to live. As disease is the manifestation of wrong thinking, when my thoughts were purified the healing of the body followed. Nearly every winter I used to have a severe cold, settling in the bronchial tubes. Now that is gone and many other ills have disappeared, also to a great extent fear and worry.

For all these blessings I am very grateful, as well as for class instruction, for membership in The Mother Church, and for the authorized literature. This great truth which Mrs. Eddy was enabled to bring to us calls forth my deepest gratitude.
