I am very grateful to be able to express my thankfulness to God for the many blessings I have received since learning of Christian Science, especially for the healing of my daughter, eighteen years old, who was suffering from ulcer of the stomach. Doctors and medicines seemed to do her no good. After three years of great anxiety, when I was nearly hopeless of her recovery, I met a very dear friend, who told me about Christian Science, of which I had never heard before. She said she would pray for my child, and after three or four days my daughter was completely healed and able to eat the same food as the rest of us, something she had not done for several years. My husband also, who had suffered with his eyes for years, and had to wear glasses constantly, was healed in a few weeks and able to leave off the glasses. Many other healings, including the overcoming of influenza, dysentery, and minor ailments, have been accomplished since then without doctors or medicines; and bruises of the heart of many years' standing have also been healed. What remains of error grows less and less as I gain in the understanding of our Father-Mother God.

No words can express my thankfulness to God and my deep gratitude to our dear Leader, Mrs. Eddy.
