This testimony is written to express my deep gratitude for what Christian Science has done for me. My first healing took place eight years ago, when I was healed of serious internal trouble after physicians had said an operation was the only thing which would cure me; but what seemed most wonderful to me was an almost instantaneous healing of severe burns on my face and neck caused by the explosion of the gas oven. The moment the accident occurred I declared the truth, and the practitioner was called up immediately, with the result that in less than an hour all pain had left. By evening all traces of the burns had gone. For the great help received through the study of Christian Science I am deeply thankful to God, and my gratitude to Mrs. Eddy is sincere.—Mrs. T. J. I wish to verify the statements made in the above testimony by my daughter, and also to express my gratitude for all the good which Christian Science has done and is still doing for me. Eleven years ago I was healed of asthma and of bronchial trouble. I am indeed thankful to God and grateful to Mrs. Eddy for this beautiful truth.
