I wish to give thanks for the many blessings that have come to me through Christian Science. For many years I had been suffering from pain in the back which, the doctor said, could only be relieved by an operation. To this, however, I would not consent. Later on I suffered greatly from hemorrhoids. I then went to see a Christian Science practitioner, who lovingly took up treatment, with the result that after a short time I was healed of the piles and the pain in the back, also of rheumatism, stomach trouble, and weak eyes. In my family we have had many other healings through Christian Science. Measles, fever, earache, colds, and other ailments have been overcome in a short time. For all these wonderful demonstrations, as well as for the spiritual understanding which we have gained, I am deeply thankful to God, and my thought goes out in love to Mrs. Eddy, who has given us again the light of freedom.
