The many blessings I have received through Christian Science, and the encouragement derived from the testimonies given in the Sentinel and Journal, prompt me to tell of my experience, hoping it may help others as I have been helped. Until about a year ago I feared to have our little boy out of my sight. I even hesitated about sending him to school for fear he would not be safe; but through the understanding of the truth which Christian Science brings to us, this fear has been overcome, and I have learned that God is ever willing and ready to care for all His children. This child has been healed of croup instantaneously, and whooping cough vanished in a short time. A serious bowel disorder was also overcome through the realization that God governs all. Many times discouragement would try to creep in, but knowing that there is no problem too small and none too large to take to our loving Father, and remembering Paul's assurance, "God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able," we were encouraged to press on.

I have been healed of heart trouble, which at times seemed severe. With the aid of a practitioner my thoughts have been lifted upward, and I now know that God is my life and I can depend on Him for my strength and supply. I am indeed thankful for the physical healing, but much more so for the spiritual uplift received through the understanding and application of the truth which is taught in Science and Health. I am thankful to God, also grateful to our dear Leader, Mrs. Eddy, for giving mankind this wonderful healing truth, and to all those who have helped me on my journey Spiritward.
