I wish to acknowledge the benefits I have received from...
I wish to acknowledge the benefits I have received from the study of Christian Science. I was healed of the habit of profanity by attending one Wednesday evening meeting. The next morning I started to swear at something, but a "still small voice" whispered in my ear, saying that if I were going over there to church I could not do that, and from that day to this profanity has grated on my ears. I have also learned to hate less and to love more. Through my slight understanding of the truth I have been able to overcome colds, headache, and influenza. My eyesight has all my life been poor, and when a boy ten years of age I used glasses that a normal person seventy to seventy-five years of age would use. While my eyes to-day are not perfect, they are better than they have ever been.
I give this testimony trusting and hoping that it may help some poor wanderer in the wilderness. I think this world is under obligations to Mrs. Eddy, more than it can ever pay.
