Geneva, Ill.—At a meeting of the members of First Church of Christ, Scientist, held last evening [Oct. 6], it was unanimously agreed to proceed immediately with the completion of the present church building on South Second Street, with the hope of having the auditorium ready for occupancy by Jan. 1, 1917. For the past eighteen months services have been held in the completed basement.

Louisville, Ky.—The members of First Church of Christ, Scientist, at the regular quarterly business meeting last night [Oct. 5], approved the plans of the building committee to begin construction work on the foundation of the handsome new edifice it is proposed to construct at Third Street and Ormsby Avenue. When completed the structure will represent an outlay of more than one hundred and twenty-five thousand dollars, and will be 88 feet wide and 187 feet long. The auditorium will seat twelve hundred people.
