I became interested in Christian Science through learning something of its teachings in my work as a musician in one of the Christian Science churches of this city. I had been a semiinvalid for several years, from the time I was a young girl. The cause was supposed to be sleeplessness. I obtained Christian Science help, but although the practitioner worked earnestly for me, the healing was slow. Later, however, there came a change in my desire; from having the thought of health uppermost in my thought there came a stronger desire to know more about God as taught in the Christian Science text-book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy. Then came peace and a sense of our Father's loving-kindness, and subsequently complete restoration to health.

I am indeed grateful for having proved God's healing power, also for the spiritual understanding which I am gaining, and with which I am enabled to help my fellow man.
