Words cannot express my gratitude for all that Christian Science has done for me. The Scriptures declare, "Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." I have proved this promise to be true, as others in Christian Science have proved all God's promises to be true, here and now. "Behold, now is the day of salvation."

I took up the study of Christian Science when I had lost all faith in God and was in a wretched mental state. I desired peace only,—utterly indifferent as to whether I ever should overcome any physical conditions. With a correct knowledge of God, and an understanding of the Christ, came the "peace of God, which passeth all understanding;" and all other things were added unto me. A pronounced structural defect of the eye has been almost entirely overcome, while a severely injured ankle was healed in sixteen hours. A chronic case of piles was also healed, as well as a case of seasickness.

For all these benefits I am deeply grateful; but for the spiritual uplift, and the light which Christian Science has thrown on the Bible, I am more thankful than I can express.
