A short time ago I had a wonderful proof of the power of Christian Science to destroy fear and pain. One of my teeth, with a strong root, was extracted without any fear of the operation and entirely without pain. No anesthetic of any kind was used, Christian Science being my only help. There was no soreness in the gum after the extraction, and the same evening I found myself eating without inconvenience, and the wound healed very quickly. A sense of great joy and happiness has come to me, with a clearer understanding of what it means to have dominion. Jesus said, "Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." Through Mrs. Eddy's teachings we are beginning to experience something of this freedom, and I know that this was the freedom and this the joy which flooded my consciousness.

Loving help was afforded me by a Christian Science practitioner, before and at the time of the operation, and I should like to take this opportunity of giving hearty thanks for the effectual help that Christian Science has been to me in working out all my problems.
