From childhood I suffered from stomach trouble, and tried every material remedy of which I could hear. I first heard of Christian Science in 1890, and in two treatments I was healed, though I did not then become interested in the Science. In the winter of 1900 I had a paralytic attack, which caused me to be blind at times. I had medical treatment, the doctor cauterizing the spine, but I was not able to walk. I turned to Christian Science again, and was helped so much that I was soon able to walk. I then began to read the literature, and to study Science and Health with the Bible. I have also been healed of severe headaches, and of more serious disorders. Through the study of the Lesson-Sermons many other blessings have come to me, and I am now a well an happy woman. I have also been able to help others, and I owe all to Christian Science,—life, health, and sight, I am able to read any kind of print. I am a member of The Mother Church and have had class instruction. I am thankful to God, and I have great reverence for our Leader, Mrs, Eddy, for her life of love to humanity.
