I would like to tell of the many blessings which myself and family have received through the understanding of that wonderful old yet new religion, Christian Science. We have been safely brought through serious throat trouble, also the supposed effects of poison-oak, heart trouble, etc. We have always found some kind friend who was able to give us help, and to make things clear so that we could help ourselves. I had worn glasses for twenty years, but I am glad to say that I do not need them now. I also had other troubles that made me almost helpless at times. I will say right here that if the healing is not as quick as we think it ought to be, sometimes, the delay seems to be just what we need, as we are then led to study and try to help ourselves. I am thankful for the patient work of those who assist us to understand Christian Science.
