I feel that it is a great privilege to send my testimony to the Sentinel, which for so many years has been of such great benefit to me. When I first went to a Christian Science practitioner for help I was a wreck, mentally and physically. I was suffering from a severe organic trouble, but through loving and patient work it was overcome and I felt a greater sense of freedom than I had ever known. Through the study of Science and Health a severe throat trouble from which I had suffered since childhood, many times having had my throat burned with acids to remove growths, only to have them appear again and again, and a head and spinal trouble, the result of an accident in childhood and which had caused me intense suffering—all of these were entirely overcome many years ago and have never returned. Mental depression and intense fear were also met and conquered, as I realized that every loving thought and deed helped me to know that Love "casteth out fear."

My gratitude to God, and to our beloved Leader, grows daily, and for our messengers of light, the Sentinel and Journal, I know I can best show my gratitude by a life of consecration to God and obedience to the teachings of Science and Health.
