It will soon be one year since I have had the happiness...
It will soon be one year since I have had the happiness to know Christian Science, and I desire to express my gratitude for all the good it had brought me. I am thankful to those who have helped me and encouraged me to learn the English language. I understand so well the importance and need of reading Science and Health, and how much work a practitioner has to do for those who can neither read nor understand English. I am happy that I can already understand much of Science and Health; it is a precious aid for each day. I realize each day, more and more, that there is no condition of the mortal body necessary to happiness, because God alone is man's Life. My health is now perfect and during the last four months I have been able to work almost every night until midnight without being tired. All my fear has gone, and I realize that Spirit governs every condition of man, and that as the child of God I have the right to enjoy all good. I am glad to have passed through the desert of suffering from sickness, and so come to Truth, to Life, and I love God more than ever. Nothing interests me so much as Christian Science; the Bible and Mrs. Eddy's Science and Health are so precious to me that I would like to give them my entire time. I am ever thankful to God for His goodness, and my only wish is to progress in spiritual understanding through faithfulness in the little things of each day, and to be conscious only of the things of God.
