Among the Churches
The Christian Scientists of Canyon City, Texas, have purchased a plot of ground one block from the public square, and built thereon a reading room where they now hold regular services.
In making this demonstration we have realized that "Except the Lord build the house, they labor in vain that build it." And our hearts turn with gratitude to our beloved Leader, Mrs. Eddy, who by example and precept has taught us what God is and the possibilities of a "life hid with Christ" in Him.—Mrs. V. Edna Henson.
