The Lectures

Mr. Edward A. Kimball delivered a lecture before a vast audience in Teck Theatre, Buffalo, New York, Sunday, May 15. The lecture was given under the auspices of Second Church of Christ, Scientist, and the great audience was an impressive evidence of the rapidly growing interest of the public in Christian Science.

The speaker was introduced by Mr. Arthur W. Hickman, a prominent lawyer of Buffalo, who gave a cordial greeting to the mission which is being proclaimed in the name of Christian Science. Mr. Kimball's lecture was a strong plea for the right understanding of God. It was clear, forceful, and convincing, and commanded the unbroken attention of the audience throughout. The Christian Scientists are much gratified over the evident benefit which resulted, and particularly because of the effective way in which the lecturer spoke of the character and life work of our Leader, Rev. Mary Baker G. Eddy.—Correspondence.
