Each branch Church of Christ, Scientist, is requested to send, on or before May I, its total membership as it will stand April I, to William B. Johnson, Clerk of the Mother Church, 30 Norway Street, Boston, Mass.
Churches that have been organized since April 1, 1902, will please send a report of the date of organization, and the membership at that time.
