I wish to acknowledge through the pages of the Sentinel,...
I wish to acknowledge through the pages of the Sentinel, the healing of inherited heart trouble. Last year its symptoms became more and more aggravated, until it had reached a stage which was alarming. For months I battled, for I was constantly conscious of its intruding presence It was the last thing I was conscious of when I went to sleep and the first when I awoke. This is what would suggest itself, "Any one who has been in Science as long as you have, and is not yet healed of a chronic difficulty, cannot expect to be healed on this plane of thought;" and then the last enemy would suggest itself. Although I never admitted this suggestion, yet I seemingly grew worse.
On the evening of the 17th of last October, Mr. Carol Norton lectured here. I was healed at this lecture of chronic heart trouble. I was not conscious of it, however, until the next morning. When I awoke, I was free from every symptom, and these words came to me at one, "I believe I've been healed." I have been free from every symptom ever since. I am very grateful for this healing.
It was unexpected and very sudden, and has been a source of great encouragement as well as freedom.
