I have received so much encouragement and help from reading the many wonderful cures wrought through Christian Science, that I feel my own experience may, perhaps, be helpful to others.

At the time a Christian Scientist took my case I had been for several years suffering from paralysis of the bowels, and was entirely cured in one week's treatment.

Seasons of visible demonstrations are not our only periods of advancement. There are times when we grown in understanding, either by diligent study, or contact with uncovered error. Then there are times of silent demonstration over the numerous secret sinful thoughts, and, behold, we find the growth of yesterday has fitted us for the victory of to-day's battle.—V.
