Whether or not you're struggling with regret, you'll get a lot out of this chat. Barbara says the Bible and Mary Baker Eddy's writings urge us to move forward, to look ahead, not back, and to stay in the "now" of spiritual reality. "As we do this," she explains," we're more able to let go of the past because we're clearer about what is true here and now, and therefore what has always been true."

She responds to questions about personal relationships, such as marriage and divorce, offers thoughts on regret over lost opportunities, what to do when it's impossible to make amends, how to deal with anxiety over possibly making a mistake one will regret, and many other facets of the subject.
