Confidence in God

Live audio chat with Tony Lobl, C.S.

In this chat Tony points out that we can only be confident in something that is worthy of our trust. Because God is Love, we can have confidence in God's omnipotent, loving care because as Tony pointed out, “God is 100 percent trustworthy, 100 percent dependable. He has always been there for us and He'll always be there for us.” With consistent study and prayer, we can gain this confidence and see the results of healing in our lives.

Tony answers questions like: I feel that all my co-workers hate me, so how do you feel confidence in God in terms of relationships? I lack confidence in my public speaking. Can you give me a thought that would release me from this distressing situation? I worry about my future: "Where I should go," "What I should do, "How do I find peace again? What about those times when you've prayed and prayed and prayed, but things just don't seem to get better? How do we trust or have confidence in God when we see others get away with evil acts? I've lost a number of close family members at a young age, and I've prayed as deeply and wholeheartedly as I could each time. How do I gain back my confidence in God? Tony answers these questions and more by pointing to the fact that God is principle, law and this provides a practical, consistent power that we all can rely on.
