Uplifting podcast
[Bill Moody, “How can we shore up ‘the promises of democracy’?” January 28, 2019, JSH-Online.com]
I so appreciated this Sentinel Watch podcast. It was uplifting. The quotations from the Bible and Mary Baker Eddy’s writings were presented in a light that can only heal. Anyone with an honest heart could not fail to be inspired and encouraged by this message to do their part in making progress toward a truer foundation for democracy. As Bill Moody pointed out, the Golden Rule is the essence of a spiritually minded mutual respect that we want for all mankind.

View changed completely
[Tony Lobl, “Redeeming ourselves from strongman rule,” Sentinel, January 28, 2019]
I can’t tell you what this article meant to me. Such a spiritual awakening! My view of many world situations has completely changed. For example, I have been concerned about oppression in many countries; also, Brexit in the UK; and here in Australia, live animal exports, the Great Barrier Reef, farmers driven to the edge by coal mining and seam gas drilling, oil exploration and whaling in our southern oceans, and political shenanigans. Now these things have been reduced in size and menace by “despoiling the strongman of his goods.” This brought out clearly one Mind in operation always.
