Jacuzzi church

It was a beautiful evening and I was soaking in the jacuzzi, gazing up at the stars and giving gratitude for a new spiritual outlook. I was housesitting at a family member’s condo and had just finished an orientation of the community. Though I’d been critical of the area at first, I had spent the day looking at the community through a spiritual sense of its value and purpose.

As I sat in the jacuzzi in the apartment complex, I was bubbling over with gratitude for the expressions of peace and purity I’d seen. I had a grand appreciation for the dedication of thought and labor required to build the businesses. I loved seeing the parks filled with families and children. And I adored the local Christian Science church, a beautiful Spanish-style building on a row with four other places of worship. I was now seeing the whole city as an answered prayer.
