Healed of hay fever

I never had hay fever growing up, although my mother suffered from it constantly. But when I came home from the maternity home with my first child, hay fever came, too.

At the time, I lived with my mother and dad, who were not Christian Scientists, since my husband, brothers, and sister were all off in the Navy. I had had many wonderful Christian Science healings, and so turned to prayer for a healing of this allergy. But the problem persisted for a number of years.

I dove more deeply into the weekly Christian Science Bible Lesson, Mary Baker Eddy’s writings, and the Bible every day. During the course of this spiritual study, I began typing the Lesson out every week and sending it to friends in the military service.
