ENTERTAINING UNAWARES

When God's thoughts
Pass to us, through grace
And love—a heart unfolding
Within itself—do we pause
And rest under the

Shadow
of that wing?

Or do we hurry on
To yet another, visiting,

And so miss that one too? A correction was made in the February 6, 2006 Sentinel: "There was a typographical error in one of the poems we ran in our issue dated January 16-23, 2006." 'Miss' originally printed 'kiss'.
