We really appreciated "Farming from a spiritual perspective" by Gilles Roch in the September 22 issue. It was also our experience over the past 15 years that organic farming, without the use of toxic chemicals, is more satisfying/rewarding in all respects, equally productive, and allows all concerned more readily and successfully to participate in the wonder of the incredible natural systems.
Our experience with chemical growing in earlier years emphasized "Our will be done,". . . . When we decided to work in conjunction with nature's systems—the cooperative approach—we feared "What will happen if . . . ?" We learned that "Thy will be done" works exceptionally well, and that God's balance is a reality when we listen and trustingly respond.
Every Sentinel is full of grace and inspiration. Each one continually reminds us how to adjust our thought to be more aligned with Spirit.
