What would you do?
QUESTION:
You love the Harry Potter books, but your friend isn't allowed to read them. Is it OK if he only reads them when he's at your house?
YOUR ANSWERS:
I would NOT think it is OK for my friend to read books he is not allowed to, because I wouldn't like him to get into trouble if his parents found out.
I like the Harry Potter stories, but I know they are just make-believe—like most movies and cartoons or the computer games. There are some movies and computer games that my parents won't let me watch or play. When that happens, I try to find another one that Mum and Dad are happy with.
There are so many books to choose from. So I would try to help my friend by finding another book that's fun to read (and one that's OK with his parents).
