Working the fear out on I—93
Awhile ago I got hooked on motorcycles. They were especially popular then. With visions of Marlon Brando in The Wild Ones, I bought a 550 Suzuki.
It probably wasn't the wisest purchase. I'd never ridden a motorcycle. I couldn't even ride it home from the dealership. I asked my friend Ron, who was into bikes, to ride it back to the garage of the place where we both worked.
Ron offered to teach me the basics. And I thought I was getting the hang of it.
