Spiritual enlightenment heals ulcers
When I was a very new student of Christian Science, my youngest daughter, who was a senior at The College of William & Mary in Virginia, called to tell me that she had gone to the infirmary, where she was diagnosed as having an ulcer. The doctor had questioned her as to whether there was any history of ulcers in our family. She told him that I had had problems as far back as she could remember, but that I had never had an examination to find the cause.
She told me that she had gotten up in the middle of the night and had prayed for me.
