There is a way out
There are things in our life that we cannot control. To some extent, the economy is one of them. True, economists are working to ensure economic growth. But when a downturn in the economy directly affects our welfare, we surely seem to be at the mercy of the economy's fluctuations.
In our cover story this week, people of different walks of life tell about their conviction that even though we do not control the economy, we don't need to be its victims.
Yes, at times we are all faced with difficult situations, economic or otherwise. But there is a divine law of mercy and goodness with us— bringing protection, guidance, healing, security.
The problems coming our way give us opportunities to discover that God is indeed the answer to any genuine need.
