Pain gone within five minutes
One day, I needed to move a heavy steel cabinet up an incline to my house from the storage shed. It was too heavy for me to pick up, so I walked it up the ramp by pivoting one corner forward a few inches, then the other.
At one point I lost my balance and fell. The entire weight of the cabinet came down on my foot.
I immediately started praying, turning to the concepts that I had learned during my many years of studying Christian Science. "The scientific statement of being" (see Science and Health, p. 468) was especially helpful.
