Only problem was, I didn't like the girls I knew. They were selfish and deceitful. They sure didn't have any interest in me, let alone appreciate me. I didn't have much contact with THEM, and it was certain I didn't have much to offer. There was just no common ground to build on.

Well, I decided to do something about it. Being an art student, I had some definite ideas about what a good friend should be, and about what we should be together. It's great to be a romantic. Only problem is, of course, reality doesn't come anywhere close to dreams.
