God is in charge of it all
I am learning to understand and appreciate how God completely controls everything. Understanding this helped to heal me of a knee problem about a year ago.
I love to run and was doing it once or twice a week. However, after I would run for 20 minutes or so, my knee would become so painful that I couldn't bend it for about a day afterward. I had learned that the divine Mind controls everything. Science and Health says: "Man is the expression of God's being" (p. 470), and "God's being is infinity, freedom, harmony, and boundless bliss" (p. 481).
I reasoned from these ideas that I was the expression of "infinity, freedom, harmony, and boundless bliss." Because I was the expression of God's being, I was free to run and move without pain. I prayed on and off for several months, until I felt completely free. Now I enjoy running two or three times a week without any pain, during or after.
